Real estate across the Richmond metro.

The RVA Group Realty represents buyers and sellers throughout the Richmond, Virginia metro, the city of Richmond, Henrico County, and Chesterfield County, plus the towns and neighborhoods within them. The same team manages 200+ homes across this footprint, so we know each market from the ground up.

Core markets

The three pillars of the Richmond metro.

Most of the homes we help people buy and sell sit within the city of Richmond and the two large counties that flank it.

City of Richmond

Historic, walkable, and full of character, from rowhouses in The Fan to lofts in Scott's Addition and porches in Church Hill. We help buyers and sellers across the city's distinct neighborhoods.

Henrico County

The county wrapping the city's north and west, home to Glen Allen, Short Pump, Lakeside, and Highland Springs. Strong schools, newer construction, and easy access to employment corridors.

Chesterfield County

The fast-growing county to the south, including Midlothian, Bon Air, Chester, and Brandermill. A mix of established neighborhoods and new development popular with families and investors.

Towns & suburbs

Where Richmond families are buying.

Beyond the city line, these suburban markets draw buyers looking for space, schools, and newer homes.

Glen Allen

A sought-after Henrico community known for its schools, parks, and convenient access to I-95 and Innsbrook. A frequent landing spot for relocating buyers and growing families.

Short Pump

Western Henrico's retail and dining hub with newer subdivisions and townhome communities. Popular with buyers who want suburban convenience and modern construction.

Midlothian

One of Chesterfield's most established and desirable areas, blending older neighborhoods with new development, good schools, and quick routes into the city and Powhite corridor.

City neighborhoods

Inside Richmond's most-loved blocks.

The city's neighborhoods each have their own feel, price range, and buyer. Here are a few where we work most.

Scott's Addition

The city's adaptive-reuse hotspot, breweries, restaurants, and loft-style living in converted industrial buildings. Our own office is here at 2930 W Broad Street.

The Fan & Museum District

Tree-lined streets of historic rowhouses near VCU and the art museums. One of Richmond's most iconic and walkable areas for buyers who want character close to downtown.

Church Hill

Richmond's oldest neighborhood, with historic homes, cobblestone streets, and skyline views. A draw for buyers who value restoration-era charm and a strong sense of community.
